Weekly Meal Prep

I understand how challenging it can be to carve time out of a busy schedule to prepare healthy meals. If that’s the case in your life, then let me cook for you! One of my favorite activities is cooking healthy AND delicious food for my friends and family. Maybe you are a busy parent who would feel relieved to have a healthy grab and go lunch to take to work? Maybe you are simply a busy human, who is tired of relying on restaurants when you don’t have time or feel like cooking? Or, maybe you are dealing with some health issues and a healthier diet is just what the doctor ordered? Whatever your situation, I am here to help!

 Here’s how it works:

1.       I will release a weekly menu on Wednesday by noon. It will be texted to you, along with instructions for how to order your items.

3.       Your healthy and delicious meals will be cooked on Mondays, and I’ll have them ready for pick up (or delivery for an added fee) on Monday evening.

4.       The next step is to simply enjoy your meals!

5.      Also, I love feedback! Tell me what you liked or didn’t like, and I would love to learn about your favorite foods, so I can create tasty plant-based versions of them.

*Special Dietary Options: If you have more strict dietary limitations, then my personal chef services may be the best option for you. However, I want my meal prep services to be as inclusive as possible, so I will always have options that are gluten-free and soy free for your convenience.
